Los Angeles to Utah....Wooooof

Hello my furry friends its that time of year again..and my momma and poppa are taking me on a
road trip for the holidays!  We will be traveling from Los Angeles to Utah, to visit our favorite place
Best Friends sanctuary, where Im sure to make some new friends! Then off to a dude ranch to visit
the cows in  AriZona then off to see horses in New Mexico.  And guess what happens when we get back!!!
Time to pick up my new sister Coco Chanel!!! So excited!!!!! WOOOOOOF!!!!!

PUPPIES FOR RENT…IS THIS A JOKE???

The new rage or a joke…ads to rent out a puppy for the day!!!  Ok friendly humans…let me ask you a simple question…would you rent out your own kids? For most of you the answer would be NO WAY!  So why would they think its ok to rent out a puppy?? If you really wanted a puppy why would you rent one,  not rescue one and give it the loving home it deserves.  A dog needs a loving family, a bed, a home…..but what do you think happens to us dogs if we are passed around from home to home?  Hello disaster happens that’s what!  To all you “rental Dogs” out there,  fight back, chew on  their shoes, oops have an “accident” while they hold you, show some teeth growl at them.

This would be my ad – “Hi Im Chucky, the cutest  Shih Tzu in town,  Rent me for $1,000.  These are my requirements per day – feed me yummy dog food from a spoon ( don’t forget I cant  wipe my mouth so make sure you wipe it for me). Then off to the dog park, throw me a ball, chase me around, till we both get tired.  Back home for a nap, I get your pillow of course.  Let me watch some tv, a cool cartoon would be great.  Uh oh, time to poop…..take me for a walk…don’t forget to wipe.  I think Im hungry again….can you cook me some fresh veggies? Then help me digest by going on another walk.  By now its probably time to take me back…..unless you want overtime…that can get expensive!  Make sure you call 1800 rent my puppy and schedule me for a day of fun ( for me at least)!”

Dumbest human idea EVER!Right up there with outdoor doghouses (I don’t see you humans sleeping outdoors!), doggy boots ( think we can walk in those things?)  And doggy purses that make us bounce around while you walk….think earthquake in a bag!!! Think humans Think!!

Dear Chucky Checks out Jennifer Aniston and Sophie

Jennifer Aniston is definitely a dog lover. After losing her corgi mix, Norman, she got his name  tattooed on her foot (where's MY name on someones foot...ok I will event accept if you get it on your hand....) and adopted a sister for her German shepherd. Dolly. Jennifer’s new pup, Sophie, is an adorable Pit Bull/Boxer mix. Choosing just one dog to adopt was a challenge for Jennifer, she says, “We were [at the shelter] for three hours. I was almost walking out with three puppies. That’s why we named her Sophie, because it was [like] ‘Sophie’s Choice.’ I was crying – I was hard. Sophie came right up to us. That was sort of a big indicator – they choose you.” How about "Chucky's choice?  I like that for a movie!"

Now watch out Sophie...momma's beau, Justin,  has his own rescue pit bull, Pooma.....I wonder who gets to sleep on the bed??? My opinion is.....Sophies is definitely cuter than Pit Pooma!  Wonder if she will bring them to the dog park to play...I can dream cant I!!! WOOF!

Attended National Reality TV Awards, Emmy’s Gifting Lounge and walked the 1k Race for the Rescues!

My best friend Trevor and I got to hang out at the American Music Awards gift lounge!  We made SOOOO many new friends.  We got all dressed up in our tuxedo's ready to walk the red carpet...when I saw a patch of grass outside that looked sooo inviting so I rolled around in it.....forgetting I was wearing my red carpet best!  Well only Trevor got to walk the red carpet me.....I hung out with the cute photographers on the other side of the ropes!! We got lots of treats and hugs and kisses so much fun!  Check out our pictures from the AMA's  we got to be movie stars for the day!!  End of the day...straight home for a soapy bath!

Hi… I mean WOOF! Arf... bark... BARK... I am CHUCKY

Hi …I mean WOOF! BARK! HOW HOW! BOW WOW!ARF ARF ….thats what they say dogs are supposed to do, but I don’t think I  sound that way when I speak. 

Im a Shitzhu, Im 9 years young, and Im adorable, at least that’s what my momma says!  They named me Chucky, because when I was little I would run around and shake my head around and get
my fur all fluffed up and they said I looked like The Chucky Doll ( hence the name Chucky!)   I am now officially the DEO ( Dog Executive Officer- just in case you didn’t know) of Steps4Paws.  I get to go visit shelters and dog adoption days as well as park events and celebrity events, where I get to dress up like a person and wear my tuxedo!  As DEO of Steps4Paws my job is to inform you, my fans, of what is going on in the dog world today.  And how you can help too! 

I have a best friend his name is Trevor ( white maltipoo in my pictures!) Trevor and I got to go to some of the coolest events, Trevor and I are buddies for life!  Check out my blogs for more on my adventures with Trevor!
